We are working with a leading solar financer who strives to make it easier and more affordable for homeowners to go solar. They have created a platform providing one of the lowest cost solar loan products in the industry to integrators and installers across the country, helping their customers close more deals and making solar the obvious choice for homeowners.
We have an opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to lead one of the biggest markets in the country – Northern CA. This is more than just a Regional Sales role – The person in this role will help their channel partners through training, mentoring and coaching their sales organizations to articulate value propositions and drive revenue growth. The Regional Sales Manager will maintain key customer relationships while continuing to expand the customer base.
To be successful, you will need:
- Great public speaking and negotiating skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
- 2+ years’ related experience in account management
- Experience in Sales planning and value selling
- Knowledge of the industry and market
