Job Description

We have been asked by a leading commercial solar and energy solutions provider to help identify a Director or VP of Sales to drive the next stage of growth of the company.
The organization has an established track record developing solar, solar thermal and energy storage projects across CA with a particular focus on multifamily and low-income housing along with more traditional C&I markets.  The CEO has been driving this growth since the companies inception 7+ years ago and is now looking to add an experienced Sales leader to take the organization to the next level.
This newly created position will be responsible for tactically managing inside and outside sales teams and strategically scaling both teams while expanding into new markets.
To be successful, you will need:
  • 10+ years of successful sales and sales leadership experience
  • At least 3 years focused in the commercial solar market
  • Proven experience building and leading profitable sales teams
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and help create sales processes and structures
