We have been asked by a leading manufacturer of solar modules, inverters and other renewable energy products to help identify an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and capture market share in the growing Mid West market.
The Sales Manager will work with Residential and Commercial solar developers and installers in MN, WI, MI, IN, IL and the surrounding areas. With a full suite of products and solutions, this person will manage key account relationships while driving new business in the region.
To be successful, you will need:
- 4+ years experience in outside sales
- 2+ years experience in the solar industry
- Relationships with target customers in the area and the ability to hit the ground running
- Solutions based sales approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
